Semi-Private Training Sessions

Train with individualised coaching — without the 1:1 price tag.

Our semi-private sessions offer the perfect balance between personal attention and the energy of a small group. Each session is capped at 6-8 people, so you’ll still get individualised coaching, a customised program, and real-time feedback, all in a supportive, motivating environment.

Youth Programming

Our Youth Program teaches young athletes the fundamentals of strength training and Olympic weightlifting in a safe, structured environment. We focus on proper technique, coordination, and building strong movement foundations before adding intensity.

Athletes receive coached sessions, structured programming, and ongoing technical guidance to help them develop strength, confidence, and good training habits early.

Our Services: Classes

Casual Walk-Ins / GYM Membership

Casual Drop-In – $20 per visit
Payment is required prior to training.

If you’re visiting as a group or planning a team session, get in touch so we can arrange the details.

Weekly Membership – $30/week

  • No lock-in contract. Cancel anytime with no penalties.

Monthly Membership – $100/month

  • 6-month minimum commitment. Ideal for those ready to stay consistent.

1:1 Personal Training

Train one-on-one with Coach Mel or Coach Joenas and get sessions tailored specifically to your goals. Whether you’re looking to improve general fitness, build strength, or learn how to train properly in the gym, our coaches will guide you every step of the way.

Mel specialises in helping beginners build confidence in the gym and can also get you started with the fundamentals of Olympic weightlifting. Joenas focuses on strength development and can guide you in a powerlifting direction if your goal is to get stronger in the squat, bench, and deadlift.
