What is the Omni Super Cup?
The Omni Super Cup is a Super Total Competition open to athletes of all experience levels.
A Super Total combines your Olympic Weightlifting total (Snatch + Clean & Jerk) and your Powerlifting total (Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift), all completed on the same day under competition conditions.
Whether you're a weightlifter looking to try powerlifting, a powerlifter wanting to challenge yourself with Olympic lifting, or simply looking for a unique competition experience, this event is for you.
