About the event
We are holding our last novice powerlifting meet for 2023. We would like to invite potential competitors to compete on a friendly, local platform. Bring your friends and family along for support!
Where? Unit 30/29 Sunblest Crescent Mount Druitt 2770
Price? Entry fee (competitors ONLY): $90 (Limited 20 competitors only) There will be spectator fees on the day of $10.
Other information:
- IPF command rules
- Costume allowed as long as tight fit for the competition still being able to follow the rules
- Awards on the day for best lifter
- Eleiko combo rack used
