By using Zara as an example, I explain how chest hinging can lead to hitching and provide cues to correct this movement pattern. I also discuss the importance of isolating the hips and maintaining a pushing position using the quads. Additionally, I share the exercises we worked on, such as paused deadlifts and RDLs, to improve Zara's technique.
